Rachel began her real estate career in 2007 after several years of being in management and purchasing positions. Born and raised in Sioux Center she has first hand knowledge of the real estate market in the area along with the character and values of Sioux County. Her passion for first time home buyers and the start of investing in themselves is what she enjoys the most but she also has personal experience in flipping and building a custom home.
